Stop - Original glam/pop/rock song

I was straight in on mix 6

Everything seems to gel well to me, Im on small monitors but the kick etc are still present.

Im not super keen on the guitar tone, its not polished sounding, but fits the genre well.

Good job all round...some vinyl clicks and it could be 30 -40 years old :)
 
Went straight to mix #6.

Love the energy. A bit of a different style than what I'm used to from you. Kind of a straight forward pop song. No VHS quirk to it.

I like the drums. Good power in the snare, and the cymbals sound good. I'm not hearing a ton from the kick. And the cymbals might have just a bit too much hype in the very high end.

A ton of gain in the guitars. But it sounds OK. I like the guitar licks and the lead tone.

Vocal sounds good. Good tone and clarity.

Not hearing a bunch from the bass. A lot of the low end in the song comes from the crunch guitars. I'd lighten them up and nudge up the bass and kick. See what it sounds like.
