Starting FInal Mixes: Song 4 - Hello

Acoustic guitar sounded pretty good. I might add just a small amount at 11k-12k or so. Just a bit - might give it a bit of sparkle.
Harmony vocal is pretty far back in the mix.
I might lower the kick a db or two and raise the snare a db.
String sound was OK. Not super natural sounding, but not horrible.
Vocal was pretty well recorded.

I knew the harmonies were back too far, but kind of wanted them subdued a bit. I'll bring them forward a bit.
That snare is still causing me fits, and I still can't get SSD to work...
At least it no longer sounds like a cardboard box being smacked. Okay, up the snare and lose some bottom.
I'll work on the strings. They sound REALLY good soloed...you know how that game plays.
I've been working on this one the longest (this was the first song I wrote for the project) and took a lot of time with the vocal and overdubs, so I really appreciate that comment!
