Si Beag Si Mor

Very Beautiful....what is your recording technique on this one? It sounds really good as it is...if it were ME and my tastes, I would add a little more room/space into it, but personal preference.

Sounds very good. I couldn't give any negatives. Everything sounded in place.

Nice playing, good tune.

Great clarity. Great reverb - perfect for this tune. A very beautiful sounding mix.

Heard some background shuffling/noise at 1:07. Something again around 1:42. Some other minor spots. Not bad tho.

I think it's just a tad bright/brittle. Maybe a small notch somewhere in the 2400hz range?

Only nit-picky things. It sounded nice.

thankyou for the comments, Idge used a neumann km84 into a rupert neve designs 511 pre, the reverb I used was the lexicon pcm hall plug-in, idge spent a good while moving the mic around though to get the most balanced sound, the strings are also brand new for a change...Idge don't always record with new strings, but that might change from now on as it makes such a huge difference.

I think it sounds great. I wouldn't change a thing man. Congrats on a great recording of an acoustic guitar. (No easy feat)
