a few months ago I was at a friend's house, ate some magic mushrooms and at some point I said to myself I need to leave this horrible place. I walked home, it was a much nicer influence in my "studio," all of a sudden felt drive to "write" some songs and quickly recorded them. I definitely would say the mushrooms were responsible for the music. A sense of urgency was so strong, I definitely felt a different perception. find something, get it out quickly. the lyric is just "come on and join the psychedelic sound"

 
This has the sound of the late 60s psychedelic stuff, but way too much room in it - microphone in the far end of a garage thing.

One time (early 70s) I dropped some acid and sat down at my father's grand piano (no one else was in the house). I played Am - G for about 2 hours, tripping on all the varied harmonics and space sounds rolling through my brain!
