The intro leans a little right.
Otherwise, much of it seems a tad mid-rangey. How much EQ did you apply to everything?
Obviously, it's a dense mix, so you want to keep each instrument in its own space, but you might have gone too far?

I agree there is some general high-midrange problem. The female vocal seems to have a spike somewhere in the 2500-2700hz area. The first synth to come in is a little harsh too. The male vocal and acoustic guitar sound nice. OK maybe a bit too much upper end hype in the male vocal.
There is a lot of rhythm stuff going on. To me it was a bit too much.
I like those guitar runs.
Way too much reverb on the vocal and way too long of a decay on it. For me anyway.

Oh man, when everything kicks in it is all completely smashed and limited. I hear clipping, I hear smashed dynamics. I'd redo this.
