PHAT and crisp folk rock

What does "phat" mean in this context?

The mix sounds pretty coherent for the most part. I can make everything out.

It all seems to lean left tho. Your darker, rhythm instruments (electric power chords) trend left, while your brighter, lead-type instruments (vocals, guitar accents) seem to lean right.
I might also check that doubled vocal a bit. It doesn't quite sync with the lead when it first comes in.

I like it. Nice song, performance and mix.

In the first half the acoustic guitar hits me as just a little boomy (around 100 Hz).
