Mix Feedback

Hey guys, I've been working on these 4 songs for my EP for the past few weeks. I've posted this before on dropbox but apparently the link didn't work. I've already put these on Soundcloud and I'd like to make it better before I start burning to disc. Anyway, I would really appreciate some feedback on the mix.

It generally sounds good, Purple. The reverb is muddying up the mix a bit. Try putting an EQ before the reverb. I also think the long reverb (plate?) on the vocal sounds a little out of place for this song.

It's a good start.

I think the bass is a bit too rumbly. I'd roll off some low end.

The crunch guitars are missing some high midrange - muffled in the 2k - 4k range. There isn't quite enough bite.

I think the vocal has too much reverb.

The chorus gets messy with all the guitar stuff going on. The vocal gets crowded out.

Some borderline pitch problems with the vocal. Watch that.

Agree with everything above. Guitars are muffled, too much verb on vocals.....sounds like a cool song though

way too much reverb, though I can see it being used more aggressively in the chorus, just not that much. and the bass is too rumbly, as noted above. I didn't mind the darker guitars, especially the leads in the chorus. I thought they sounded good.
