this is one of my simplest mixes,
5 tracks in all, 1 stereo drum/effects track, 3 guitar tracks, all direct, and a bass track, direct.

i used this, for all the guitar tracks,
it is a vintage white USACG build, alder body, maple neck, pau ferro fretboard, gibson scale length, lawrence pickups, hipshot bridge, sperzel lockers, master vol/master tone with lawrence "Q" filter on it.

On my phones it sounds real tight and warm. Very nice, man.

Well usually simplest is best. Nice job, super tight. I saw BB King live, he couldn't have done this any better. Kudos on the tones too - it doesn't sound DI'd

thanks for checking it out spantini.....
it's a fairly hot master (-9.8 rms), but still manages to not harsh out.

    thanks bulls.....
the di is a Palmer PDI-09.

i pretty much eq the amp to work with the palmer, then do some post eq in mixdown,
and add a touch of room verb with IR's to take some of the 'dry' off of it.
