Hi all! I finally managed to get into a studio and record some real drums for my song which I posted here a while ago.

soften the piano a bit, it's a bit loud for a jazz type thing in the beginning. either eq out some og the high end or lower the volume/ease up on the compression, there is no dynamics in it.
Pretty cool, I would keep adding stuff though like melody and "events" so to speak, the song is a bit dry for my taste.
But cool time signature and cool tune, I dig it.

Thanks Steakfry, the lack of dynamics may be more the result of how the piano was arranged and recorded. I'd love to find a piano player willing to re-record it, maybe add some more of that bling to the melody as well.

That first piano part made me think I was listening to a very different song!

Yeah, the arrangement could use more variety. It's a cool groove, but it never seems to become much more than that.
