In honor of Cat Stevens Induction

Heard that he's finally getting in to the rock hall so I did a cover of "The Wind"! What do you think?

That was pretty good. I think that it is hard to cover Cat Stevens tunes. Those of us who are fans can find it difficult to listen to his music without his rich, full and unique voice, but you did okay. To my ears the guitars could use a little more low end. Did you capo up quite a bit?

I did find the capo quite up so I returned to the original key. Is this any better?

I don't listen to much Cat Stevens so I can listen with objective ears.

Agree about the low end on the guitar bit (and I'm listening to the second attachment). Performance and voice is good!

Yes, I like this version better. Guitars sound better and voice, which was very good to begin with, sounds better. Good job.

Thank you for the input! I did put up the bass a bit, and it sounds much better.
