I wrote and recorded this song in my first year of Uni (5 years ago). Didn't know much then and wasn't very good at recording mixing. So, I decided to re mix this song. I did all the music but asked my flat mate to write the lyrics.
I want to ask for some feedback mainly to do with vocal clarity and closeness. And also since it's a pretty simple song, is there enough little bits happening to keep your attention?
I've only just finished the 3rd mix of this today so I wouldn't say it's completely done yet. And I've just got a buss compressor on and limiter to make it loud enough, so I wouldn't call it mastered either.
