I've taken no offense nor have reflected that in any of my responses.
I've garnered enough feedback from a few sources to make an executive decision:
I'm going to keep the ideas that were written on actual guitar and save them for a band/studio effort.
As regards my midi efforts, they will serve as pre-production demos on a private level.

That is a good attitude to have. Keep in mind just because I think it's horrible to attempt to make music by clicking on a mouse instead of actually playing an instrument doesn't mean you should give up. I'm just 1 guy with an opinion. There's always going to be some guy who hates it. You shrug it off and don't worry about it. I have played around with midi a lot at times when I was lacking some gear as well. It always sucked and it always sounded awful to me. So, it's not anything personal. I just hate the idea and sound of composing in midi
