Where to find reference stems

I know using a reference track is a brilliant way to mix. It's extremely helpful. I was wondering if anyone knew where to get reference STEMS. doesn't even have to be the raw tracks, just maybe even processed groups like drum, bass guitar etc.... I know some dj's use them for remixing, I just have no idea where to find them. My online search didn't really get me anywhere other than a few indie artists

I'm not sure about stems, but you can find entire songs with individual tracks so you can proctice mixing. The site is:

I browse around it sometimes when I want to practice mixing genres I don't work with often.
