During the verse bit they are obviously adding a delay.

During the chorus they've added a double track that is an octave above the main vocal.

Other than that it's hard to say what else they might have done

If you watch some live versions of the song you can see that the double-tracked chorus is Roger Waters joining in on David Gilmour's singing. So not simply David Gilmour double-tracked but another (pretty different) voice gives the part its sound.

I do. They used delay and reverb.
