Does anyone know where I can download multi-track recordings to practice mixing on? I know Nine Inch Nails have put some of their stuff on for downloading but anyone know any others? Preferably for free!!!

I'm sure you could get a member of this board to send you a disk with a project on it.

Try searching for "mix contest" some of those older threads may still have not only the original raw tracks, but some of the mixes that our fellow HR'ers did.

My group The Dejunair Project will be putting all the individual raw tracks of our instrumental music up on our website for free download. We plan to post both ogg and wav versions of each of the individual instruments and any samples used in creating our music.
