Hi guys,
I'm having a bit of trouble with my new MG 10/2 working out how to get a monitor mix and headphone mix separate from the main output (see this thread for more details: http://www.homerecording.com/bbs/showthread.php?t=173845) and I've been searching these forums all morning looking for a solution. There are some great responses but they all seem to rely on not exactly ideal uses of insert sockets etc.
If I was to upgrade to the 12/4 would this solve the problem? Eg. could I have all the instruments going into the mixer, along with the output from my DAW, then send back the input signals to the computer while having a completely separate monitor and headphone mix? Or at least the option of turning down the monitor mix when doing vocals, monitoring on the headphones instead?
Thanks in advance!
