Best Mixer under $500

Any suggestions? I am currently using an 8 channel Behringer (the $150 model) I bought it about two years ago. 8 channel is perfect, but I would settle for 4 channel if it was really really hot stuff! Keyword(s) UNDER $500!

Soundcraft M4 or M8, Ghost preamps, better EQ than Mackie and even has digital outs if you are so inclined (I am not).
Should be a simple choice.

i have a Behringer EuroRack MX2004 and it costed me about $250, i got it a little after christmas and everything on it is great plus it only is $250 so u can use extra money on a new mic or anything else basically
