Berhinger Q802usb vs Berhinger x1222 usb

Does anyone know how the x1222 is better? Also there are 15 inputs on the x1222 but it's a stereo usb interface, how do the other inputs work? Can I record with them or are the only for are they only for live purposes. I recently bought the Q802 and have the option to upgrade to a used x1222. I just want to know all that I can get out of it. Will I be able to record 4 or more mics? How do the other inputs and outputs work? I'm sorry that this is such a big question but I'm new to this and would like to learn more about recording.

The basic mixer takes whatever is plugged in and mixes it to two-channel output. It can have more features as the prices goes up, but the main idea is the 2-channel Stereo output. I bought the most expensive xenyx at around $400 and it is still a stereo mixer - line out, or, USB. The features I paid for are extra output jacks. For example, 8 MICs can be sent Direct Out to my 8-channel Computer Interface
