This is a video from Warren Huart that kind of blew my mind. I’ve been using saturation but rarely and only as an effect. But it’s actually a useful tool for controlling transients and making things sound bigger and more forward. I’ve done a few mixes applying the ideas in this video and it’s made things so much easier for me I wanted to share with you all.
