Mix this! Singer/songwriter song

I have a kind of lo-fi, singer/songwriter type song that I need mixed. Other than that do what you feel is best.

my only complain is that the acoustic guitar stem has some kind of noise gate or expander on it which needs to be turned off before bouncing it down for stems. I couldn't remove this later because it's already in the track. Let me know what you think!
