Yeah, that's what I wonder about.

I have a feeling to many companies are involved in a price war, forcing them to complete the mastering in 1-2 hours for it to be worth the money.
Where do I turn to get mastering of high class? 150 $ must pay for pretty good mastering, dosen't it?

Maybe I should mention it's EDM I am producing.

    Best regards Simon AKA Nevermind

Who is that guy in Germany that some people here have used?? I think his name is Jan, but don't remember his site. Hope I remember his name because those who have used his services really like what he has done.

Then of course there are the free ones like Favla from Italy. Just a college student - with big dreams.

Any mic you buy will be perfectly suited to your needs, until you use it long enough to learn that it's not.

finemastering.de jan ohlhorst is the name you're reaching for. Used by me, Ido1957 & kcearl as well. There's also Fran Ashcroft of happybeat.
Where ever you go ask for a demo of your work mastered by them. Many will do it in some form or other.
The blokes that are freq contributors to HR as name in the posts above are beyond reproach in that they don't peddle their wares in here - they help etc. They seem to get some work as well but that's a byproduct.
    They are well respected.
