VCD play audio in CD player

Is it possible to create a CD with audio and video which when inserted into a VCD/DVD player will play the movie, and into a CD player will play audio data?

Will this be of redbook standard, etc? Will CD replicators accept this?

Not sure exactly how to do it, but look up "Enhanced CD".

The Aerosmith "Nine Lives" CD I have is like that. It has features that I can use on my computer, but I can pop it into my car's CD player as well.

They might be a bit difficult to create, but I think duplication is fairly easy.
