Have a bunch of songs in need of original beats...
I've put a handful of videos up on youtube (and this forum), most of which are using beats I took from some well known song. I'm finally gearing up to do real recordings of them all along with some new stuff I haven't put out yet, and would like to do the new recordings with original beats. I'm not looking to rework them too much so I'm looking for something with a similar tempo and feel to what I’ve already used. In total there are seven songs that I'm looking to redo with originals, all in the playlist below. I’m gonna dig through the posts on this site, but thought I’d make this post too in case anyone has something they think would fit particularly well with one of them.

Bon Jornos everyone. I have been recording since 1993. In the 90s I made about 30 cassettes worth of 4 track masters. I recently digitized them and am working on several albums worth of stuff from then.
I took a long break and started again with way better technology.
Since them I have released 4 albums of mostly new material. I don't do it for money and I surely don't get much, but it is fun to watch the pennies come in from around the world. Mostly it's a penny here and there for streaming, occasionally some one will buy a download. Chaching, $0.64 I have made a total of about 50 bucks.
A fifth album should be out in 2016, plus at least one complication of 90s stuff. so much grooviness, so little time.
I do everything myself and I publish under the name the Richard Petticoat Junction. If anyone is interested I would love to hear any feedback good or bad, about the songs, the recording, or anything else.

That is actually really cool. Though the typewriter HH is way over the top tho. That shit can cause seizures in children and sterility in men. Drop that shiz down man. Way down! Or use a different sample. That one just makes me want to chop my own ears off...
Just my opinion tho...

No, I think if we took a consensus vote, there'd be a few other people that would like the hats replaced or pulled down.
If you cut off your ears, make sure you don't clip the hair, man! That IS a way cool beat, tho.

I've been "composing" since I was knee high to a grasshopper....for the past 2 yrs or so, I've been in a creative depression....then on Christmas Eve I sat down and this came out....I spent weeks manipulating MIDI files and even tried my hand with some sound processing tools.....I like it.....maybe you will too.....at any rate, sincere thanks for taking the time to listen.....THIS IS A GREAT SITE!!!
