On a CD with drums samples by ProSamples (East West) I read:
"The licensee may modify the sounds and may use the sounds for commercial purposes within musical compositions subject to section 7 below."
Section 7: "Use of the included sound samples in "library music" (also known as "production music") is not permitted without first obtaining a separate license from licensor."
What does it mean?
Does it mean that in order to offer music to a library it is necessary to obtain another license?
What is it so special about music libraries?
