Well...it beats the old logo, I can give it at least that much. Spatially it works, I like the arrangement of the words. Stylistically I hate it, but that's just my personal taste. I think it's too much. Thickening up the letters just a little would make it easier to read...
I think it looks pretty cool, just that the blueish tone on black background doesn't make much sense to me, lacks definition, I'd probably make it all white/light gray. But otherwise, it looks great.
