Sounds pretty good. Very clear.
I wonder about the "placement" of the different sounds tho. The vocal sounds much closer than the guitar, and the pick noise sounds very distant. It's slightly distracting hearing that and seeing the video. (Not that it sounds bad; it just sounds slightly... off)
