Yes,

Paypal gives you "buy now" and "add to cart" buttons that link to your account. My customers don't even have to have a paypal account. Any credit card will do the trick.

In my bookstore, I offer a free CD of my music with every book plus free shipping and 10% off the Amazon.com price.
