that piano sticks out like a sore thumb, doesn't sound natural at all
the strings, hats, and synth are low and hard to hear

I think the mix is off man.

Up your vocals and the strings, lower the keys and add a little more reverb to them for extra depth. Kill the horns and let your hook do it's thing.

Also you may want to add a second piano melody on top of the one that you have.

The piano is bad... Drop it way down, add some verb like fiev suggested, it should help it blend better. Your ad-libs are off in spots, and it takes away from your main vocal. You don't want that to happen. Overall, it's a nice track, just needs some fine tuning.
