First mix on my new monitors...

All I really got in there are pizzicatos from various instruments. Out of the "Strings" refill I bought back in 2004. Cello's with heavy delay on them. Thanks for the tight feedback though. I'm about to start my first solo CD and want to make sure that I can send the mastering house a solid mix before I get started.....
 
Listening to it now. I can tell that you're using at least 2 pizzicato melodies with heavy delay on them and another with less on it. The hi hats are mixed in there nicely. The clap leaves something more to be desired though. I would suggest replacing that clap with a nice snare. Also, you might wanna consider taking the synth out and adding some keys. The right melody could set this off major.
 
Sounds good. I agree with Tha Fieva Man on the clap thing. If not a snare, just layer in some claps with more character. and maybe sub the clap fill in rolls for some hand perc sounds or something cuz full sounding claps don't sound right rolled
