Real Chic:
Your lyrical delivery might sound better over a different style of production. But it just doesn't work over this beat. The hook is a little dicey, I think you're trying to say too much and the female singer on it doesn't have the melody down. She sounds a little stale. Your production sounds flat as well. This song needs more work.

All About My Moola:
I liked your flow on this one much better. Nice spit and your voice had an energy to it that makes your delivery credible. Try doubling your voice on the second time saying the hook to add emphasis and give it some more life. The beat once again was kinda weak, well I put it this way if you would have added some synth and bass to it, it would have brought this song to another level.
