im getting cubase as my main daw rewired to fruity loops becuz i have a good libary of sounds in there. For a midi drum pad could i use a asr x pro. its the same price as most midi drum pads plus its a seq and sampler.
my question is could i chop, arrange, samples, do drums from kits from fruity loops on asr dump that into cubase to record vocals, basslines, final sequencing on a track etc. also would a mixer be necessary if i buy a midi kb like mpk or would it be best best just to buy a mixer
