OMG! Guys help me out - Just hooked up my new Pre Sonus Audio Box USB WHY IS THERE SOUND COMING ONLY FROM my right headphone???

This cant be that complicated, can it? PLEEEEEASE HELP ME OUT HERE?

What DAW are you using? Is you output bus set to stereo? It's not always complicated, but you do need to know what you're working with and how to set it up.Try jiggling the cord.

I'm using Adobe Audition, but have also tried a few others. However, I'm dont think it's a DAW issue because I tried playing seperate audio sources like You Tube and random audio tracks with VLC media player on my laptop, and ALL the sound is coming through only one headphone.

This is only an issue when my headphones are connected thru the Personus audioBox

OK. Sounds more likely to be a hardware thing. I can't find your other thread now. It got more detailed responses.

Are you using one of these?
Note the single black ring....not two.

If not, try the headphones plugged into an ipod/tv/etc to make sure they're working.
