Very Cheap Audio Interface

Hello all, newbie here.
I'm tired of using onboard sound card . Now I think I need an USB audio interface, I'm not looking for a great quality interface 'yet', because i'm still learning.
Any advice for very very cheap USB audio interface? one or two input is enough. quality isn't number one, the most important think is budget friendly, but it still can record well and have low latecy.
So? Any advice?

I hope there is a good interface under $150, or maybe under $100

This is what I started on. If $150 is to expensive, look on ebay. I got one for $90.

if one input works for you, check out the Blue Icycle. not many features, but its a USB interface, and blue makes FREAKING AWESOME mics, so check that out.
