I wonder if I could have some advice? I currently have a Apogee Symphony 8*8 analogue i/o and 8 AES/SPDIF and was wondering how the Nucleus could best fit into that? I love the Symphony sound as a converter and I also have an SSL Alpha pre amp and Focusrite 8 channel octopre. Can I for example keep on using the Symphony as my converter and still monitor from the symphony through to the Nucleus, thus making use of the Nucleus monitoring and mixdown feature and how would I go about this? For the record, I know I can simply patch the two pre amps into my Symphony line ins via patch bay....
I am not sure about going out of the box to mix and stuff so the Nucleus looks great for hands on control.....
