recording multi-inputs into multi-tracks

Does anyone know a program/hardware that can record multiple inputs into seperate trax on the fly? If not, doesn't this sound juicy?

There are a plethora of hardware/software combinations available that will let you do that.

Let's see now.....how about an Maudio Delta 44 sound card and Cakewalk Guitar Tracks Pro. That should keep you busy for a while.

Oh and if you get to record something without it sounding like a bowl of Ricies, please don't tell me
