Recommend me a sound card for recording good quality guitar DI's

Hi guys !

The guitarist from my band needs a sound card for recording guitar di's that will be used later for reamp.
So we need a sound card with one input and one headphones out, hi-z is not essential because we alreay have a Radial JDI.
The latency should be as low as possible. We don't need mobility for this sound card so it can be PCi.
The budget is maximum 150$.
We use Reaper.
What can you recommend?

Does it have to be sound card? You should try zoom r8. It works as a daw and portable multitrack. So far the sound Ive been getting is phenomenal.

That zoom looks interesting but it's almost 300 euros, it have much more features than we actually need. We just need one input, good converters and low latency
