Which Mixer for 6 channel surround input/ output plus vocal room facilities?

I need an economical mixer for a 5.1 surround sound setup that will take in 6 inputs and send them to 6 outs, plus 2 inputs for mics with preamps, plus monitor room and vocal room talkback facility, so the recording engineer can communicate with the singer with another mic in the monitor room.

Which mixer do you recommend under $400?
 
I can't think of anything that comes close to your spec for that budget unless you get very lucky on the second hand market. (I'm assuming you need to mix the 5.1 material rather than just use direct outs.)
 
Actually I just need the direct outs. I dont need to mix the 6 surround outs using the mixer. If I can control the overall/master volume of the 6 outs that would be great.
