Well this are my suggestions for people who are looking to make their own PC, if you are on budget
Budget PC
Cheap Mid tower Case
500 watt PSU
ATX - motherboard, ASUS my personal preference good warranties.
CPU - from intel or AMD works as long its more than 2 cores, you can use 2 cores but it gets very suffocated.
DDR3 - at least 4gb

ASUS A88X MOTHERBOARD $147.99
Corsair CX500 $67.50
Kingston 2x 2GB 4GB Kit RAM 1066 $47.38
Black ATX Mid Tower 69.99
so far we have 429.99
after you are done with all of this you can buy audio interface which are many in a decent price.
