Thought i would start a thread on the new processor that intel is bringing out and start a discussion on how it will affect recording computers

It will redefine performance. It spanks the $1100 FX-62 pretty much by 20% on all benchmarks and costs half as much. cant wait since the 1.8 gHz will start at about $220.

The next big performance jump in processers

I would get at least the 2.66ghz conroe
