I have just bought a second hand BOSS recorder which did not arrive with any Compact Flash Card installed.
Looking at various reviews of the machine it suggested updating the firmware to version 2.1 so I can use the 1gb flash card I already had. Unfortunately until I update the firmware the card is not supported. Is it possible to update the firmware without the flash card installed.
