Best Way To Connect To PC

Hey All

I have been researching USB Interface's / Mixers for days.
Finally decided on the low budget Behringer Q802 or Alesis Multi 8 USB.
But i noticed that the NON USB versions are much cheaper.

MY Question: Is there a big difference in sound quality if you connect to your PC via USB or via the 3.5mm Mic Jack?

Short answer: The non-usb versions dont have an digital audio interface in them; they are just analog mixers.
The soundcard in your pc has less than 50cents worth of chips (yes costing less than a Hershey bar) made for beeps and boops, not music production.

As mjbphotos said, do some homework.
 
Go read everything in the Noobie forum, particularly the stickies - you need to upskill your knowledge a fair bit before buying anything.
