Hi guys, I was wondering if someone could help me decide what multi effect unit to buy, I've been look at the boss me 70, or the line 6 pod or vox tonelab, I was wondering can I plug my guitar into these units and then connect the units to my interface and record into my daw or do I have to connect the unit straight to the computer and use the unit as my input rather than the interface. I'd rather have one that connects to my interface.

Yes connecting to the interface would be the normal way to go. Mostly the USB connection on these devices (if present) are only for saving stuff to disk, they contain no converters.
