Yamaha AW1600. HELP PLZ. Re. loading Tools DemoTrack from CD & playing it.

Hi all,
How do I load from CD so that I can play the demo please?
I downloaded the manual from Yamaha but it freezes and I have to wait many minutes until it co-operates!
I read the manual and got as far as seeing the demo"The Only One" but I got red print message denying loading.
