Yamaha 03D mixer question

I was given a Yamaha 03D mixer a couple weeks ago..(good deal,Maybe)....Everything works fine...My question is...It has a YGDAI card installed and has the connecting cables. Is the card a D/A A/D converter? I also have a alesis adat I want to use with it (nothing like obsolete equipment)....It has analog in and out......Is this a match made in heaven or? Thanks

You will need to find out what particular YGDIA cardf it is . . . there are many different types.
