Which Way To Go?

New to home recording (on a serious budget) and need some advice: sell my Yamaha MG8/2fx mixer and buy a Behringer 802 USB mixer (or similar price point) or keep the Yamaha for my band and, instead, buy a USB audio interface with two lo-z, phantom powered inputs (I'm thinking ART of Alesis, maybe?). I'll only be recording solo or, at most, two acoustic guitars. Remember, keep it cheap.
 
If you have a use for the mixer, then keep it. Resale on those tend to suck. You can get a decent 2 input interface for $100-150 now.
