Waves

You could always download the demos. Waves allows you to download all of their plug-ins and use them for 10 days. That should give you an idea of whether you need them or not.
 
I think you'd be better off getting something like the UAD (Project Pack?) collection - More expensive than the basic Waves bundle, but IMO, far more useful. And if you want to add additional plugs, you'll wind up spending much less than the larger Waves bundles (which again, IMO, aren't nearly as cool).

Damn Massisve, now you make me feel like I wasted my money on the Waves diamond bundle :( :o :rolleyes: :D :D
