Testing MIDI on a MiaMIDI Card???

I'm trying to trouble shoot an issue with my new PC and I'm wondering to see if there is a way to see if MIDI data is actually being sent through my MiaMIDI???

I know it's being sent from my Cakewalk because the MIDI activity light is flickering, and I've followed the isntructions of my MIDI Keyboard to the lettter and still nothing...

There was a program that lets you see the midi data going through your computer and specifically troubleshoot midi problems.
