I will buy one of these two cards. I only need to plug my Roland Keyboard via spdif in the card; so which has more stable drivers; any jitter problems...?

ive got 2496 and its working really well. No problems at all! Keep in mind that it has no mic pre amps. It came a bit suprise to me...
 
I don't need micpres on the card. I just need one digital in and one or two analog outs. And as good quality as possible (regarding digital ins, outs; and concerning the jitter). And stability of the driver.
 
I have a terratec EWS88/MT. I know it isnt the same as the phase 22. It is the older version of the phase 88 though. The phase 88 drivers were used also as an update for the EWS88's drivers so that is what im using. works great...love the card....also no pre's though.
