Sound Card and what else???

i have a e-mu sound card but wat else do i need because i need more input plugs... do i need something on the outside of a soundcard???

What is the model of the EMU and how many inputs do you need? do you want to have seperate tracks in your software? cause if you do you will have to get a interface that has the number of inputs you need or do a sub mix through a mixer..

As already indicated, you probably need a sound card with more inputs. They usually run in the range of between 2 and 8 audio inputs - depending on the card.
