Scratch (click) sound from HS50M monitors when connected to Cubase

Hello, my Yamaha synth MOX6 is connected through audio L, R output to Yamaha HS50M monitors, and everything is perfect when playing standalone - sound is brilliant. Yamaha MOX6 synthesizer has built-in audio interface, which bypasses audio (in/out) and MIDI (in/out) throught USB cable, so I don't need additional audio interface in order to record music.

When I connect MOX6 to Cubase 5 using USB cable and start Cubase MOX6/MOX8 project with some tracks in it, sometimes I hear a scratch click through my HS50M monitors. But I don’t even touch a mouse on the PC, the scratch comes randomly, and I cannot tell how to reproduce it. It just sometimes happens

That scratch sound (like "Click") is like someone is plugging/unplugging guitar to unmuted channel - it is loud and annoying…

P.S. I use USB cable extension since MOX6 USB cable is quite short. OS: Windows 7 64bit, all drivers downloaded from official Yamaha website…
